Our goal is to give the best service we can!

After the order and before the design and production process, it is possible for any reason to cancel the order and get the payment back

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, we will be really happy if you contact us and we will do everything we can to help you.

All our signs are made to order, Therefore, we will not be able to accept returns on any product unless it is defective, in which case we will definitely rectify the situation immediately.

At PlaqueDirect we fully believe in the quality of our custom-made plaques. We will grant a refund or replacement on any order that is defective in quality or does not meet the description of the product according to the information provided on our website or by our sales team.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if your item arrives defective or damaged.

We have a 12-month warranty for damage related to faulty manufacturing.

Our company is going globally but we are based in (Harechvim 7) Jerusalem, Israel. We are subject to the Consumer Protection Law of the State of Israel –
Aviation Services Law (Compensation and Assistance due to Cancellation of Flight or Change in Terms), 5772-2012.”.
