At Plaque Direct, our goal is to provide the highest level of service and ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund before the design and production process begins, for any reason.
Returns & Refunds
Since all of our plaques are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or does not match the description provided on our website or by our sales team.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
We will either replace the item or issue a refund immediately.
All of our products include a 12-month warranty covering any damage related to faulty manufacturing.

We stand behind the quality of our custom plaques. If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us and we will do everything possible to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Shipping & Customs Duties
All products are designed, produced, and shipped directly from our studio in Jerusalem, Israel.
Plaque Direct is a global company, serving customers worldwide. Please note that in some countries, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled directly with the local customs office if requested.
Legal Compliance
Our business operates under the Consumer Protection Law of the State of Israel, including the Aviation Services Law (Compensation and Assistance due to Cancellation of Flight or Change in Terms), 5772-2012.
