Continue →How our plaque maker works
You don't need to find a local engraver, send emails back and forth or guess what the finished plaque will look like. The whole process happens online:
- Design it. Pick a metal, a size and your wording in our online plaque designer. You can add a logo or photo too.
- Approve your free proof. Within 24 hours we send a proof showing exactly how your plaque will look. Ask for changes as many times as you need. Nothing is made until you approve it.
- We make it. After approval, production takes 48 hours for stainless steel and 72 hours for brass.
- We ship it. Your plaque goes out by DHL with a tracking number, to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, the EU and many other countries.
Choose your metal
The metal decides how your plaque looks and where it can be displayed. Here is a quick guide:
- Stainless steel: black letters, suited to any climate, and our fastest option.
- Gold brass: a bright golden finish with black letters, best for indoor display. See our brass plaques.
- Antique brass: a traditional aged look that works well outdoors.
- Blackened brass: white letters on a dark background for a bold, high-contrast look.
- Reversed antique and reversed blackened brass: raised gold letters, for an upscale finish indoors or out.
